Three ferlies

Don't you see yon narrow narrow bridge
So thick beset with thorns and briars?
That is the road to the Forest of Dean
Though after it but few enquires.

That lies across the lily leven?
That is the road to Cardiff and the rift,
Though some do say it crosses the Severn.

That is the road to fair Bristol

On Dundry Saw I Ferlies Three

We visited Dundry Hill yesterday, looking for Maes Knoll, which lies along the ridge to the east. Unfortunately we somehow ended up going west instead. Never mind: there were still beautiful views of the city, the Bristol Channel and Wales beyond it, including both the Severn Crossings and the Clifton Suspension Bridge. This isn't a great photo, but it pleased me to see all three bridges at once, and to hear the eldritch music wafting by...
